Welcome to NutraBalance Functional Health, a lifestyle-based functional medicine-focused nutrition center located in Simsbury, CT. I am dedicated to my mission of helping people reach healthy longevity and vitality through personalized care.

​What to expect: As your nutritionist, I offer deep dive consultations through a thorough review of basic lab work, or more comprehesive labs such as GI, food allergy testing, hormone imbalance testing, thyroid function, cardiometabolic health, and more. Lab review and nutrition evaluation helps me develop a bespoke treatment plan tailored to my clients individual needs. My goal is not simply to address current symptoms but to uncover the root cause of illness allowing me to recommend the most effective course of action.

Throughout the journey, I will be there to support you, from the initial consultation to follow-up. My nutrition coaching focuses on meeting the patient where they are, so they can grow to see the value of healthy eating the modern Mediterranean way with easy to understand plans. We can collectively work towards greater wellness by adopting healthier habits and building a lifestyle that reflects those changes.
