With over 25 years of work experience, I am a respected health and wellness specialist skilled in the areas of chronic disease, metabolic disorders, body composition health, hormones, gut health, autoimmune health, and more. My mission is to deliver efficacious nutritional education to help support patient care and empower people to achieve optimal health and wellness.

I have a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, have a Certified Nutrition Specialist credential, and am a Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist. I am currently the owner and Nutritionist at NutraBalance Functional Health, a leading provider of personalized and integrative healthcare solutions.

My role at NutraBalance is to design and implement lifestyle programs and support patient health through food and nutraceutical interventions for various health conditions, with the end goal of optimal health.

I have worked with Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Todd LePine, and Kathy Madonna Swift, along with many other functional medicine specialists which has helped me to develop a strong acumen in functional medicine principles and practices that I apply to patient care.

Additionally, as a culinary expert, I am passionate about helping people create nutritious meals for family and friends following a "food is medicine" approach through a modified Mediterranean way of eating. I offer food and menu coaching, where I can provide weekly menus, recipes, and nutrition tips. Navigating nutrition in today's world with so many radical "diet" options, superfood specials, and a lot of ridiculous information can leave people confused and unsure of what's best.
